DELIVERY:

1. Freight: Australia Post -  We are happy to supply a quote on freight but will need your quantity you wish to order along with your postcode.

2.  Local pick up available or customers can arrange own freight if preferable.

3. Once artwork has been approved and manufacturing is finished, an invoice is created and emailed along with details for payment,

    which at this stage is Direct Deposit, Cheque, postal order (or cash for local pick up only.) 

4. All goods must be paid for in full prior to delivery.   Contact for details.

 5. ARTWORK: Let us design your stubby holder for you from your guide lines, We are only to happy to email you our colour selection charts. Just use our contact page to request a colour chart. (sent as a PDF file)

 For photos, logos or other images which are to be included, we would request all files to be either sent via email (as an attachment) & no larger than 5MB or supplied on disk   in a JPEG, TIFF or BMP. format. Most photo's and graphic images are JPEG files anyway. 

NOTE:  A.I., EPS, CDR, or Photoshop files must be saved as curves/outlines (ungrouped), and include all font files. If sending AI files, please save in version CS3  or less, as there is less likelyhood of problems when we open files of this type.

A digital proof is always emailed before production.
